The mint

4,096 rigs. Paid in $GRIT, and the $GRIT is destroyed.

The price is a function of the mint number and nothing else: no oracle, no price feed, nothing anybody can move. Rig #1 costs 24,000 GRIT, every mint after it costs 6 more, and the last one costs 48,570. Every token that arrives is burned on the spot, which takes 148,623,360 GRIT out of a one billion supply.

Approve once, then mint. Approving does not spend anything. The mint sends your $GRIT to the contract, which burns it in the same transaction.

The reveal

Every rig is sealed until the mint closes.

What is fixed at mint time is the rig itself. Its character — cycle, draw, seam — comes from a seed whose hash is published before the first mint and revealed only after the last one, mixed with a block hash that was already written when your mint landed.

Nobody can see it early. Not you, and not us.

Read this before you mint

The mint is not open, and the floor is not open either. A rig bought on the first day of the mint cannot be put to work until the floor exists, and there is no opening date: not in a contract, not on this site, not in a tweet. The ledger that holds the calendar is not even deployed. It goes up when the floor is actually ready, and you will find out the same way everyone else does. We would rather say that than sell you a day we cannot promise.

There is no contract address on this page

Because there is no contract. When the mint deploys, its address appears here and on @Bedrockmine_, and nowhere else first. Anything you are sent before then is not ours. This page is the only place to check an address you are given.

What a rig actually is

A machine, not a picture of one.

Three traits

24 combinations

Cycle, draw and seam, painted on the chassis. Each is better somewhere and worse elsewhere; none of them wins the pool for free.

One tier

Everything mints at I

Tier is the one thing nothing rolls. Every rig arrives at tier I and the only way up is the press, two at a time.

Hard supply

4,096, then never again

No second collection, no expansion pack. Merging only removes rigs, so the count starts at 4,096 and falls from there.

4% royalty

Declared on chain

Under the standard every marketplace reads. A rig that is working cannot be listed or moved until its run is settled.
